Trip Estimator
EV trip energy estimates with a live dashboard and a 3D route view.
Range anxiety is mostly a math problem, and Trip Estimator does the math before you leave. Pick a route and a vehicle profile, and the dashboard estimates battery use, wall energy, and charging cost for the drive, switchable between imperial and metric units.
The part most estimators skip is terrain. Energy use depends heavily on altitude along the route: climbs cost, descents give back. Trip Estimator takes the elevation profile into account and shows the route in 3D, so you can see where the hills are, not just read a single optimistic number.
It runs entirely in the browser as an interactive dashboard.
